People can be difficult for many reasons and understanding this will help you resolve these situations effectively.  Failing to deal with difficult people can impact productivity, lower morale, and seriously damage working relationships.

This course has been designed to provide you with tools and techniques to improve your skills and confidence in dealing with difficult people.  Whilst the methods required to deal with difficult people will vary depending on the issues at hand, there are some general strategies and solutions that can be applied in most situations.  If you are a new member of the HR team, this course will be beneficial to you. If you are already experienced in dealing with difficult people your existing knowledge and skills will be refreshed too.
